Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto 52m² living room with fireplace (wood-burning stove), flat-screen TV - 1 bedroom (1 double bed) - shower room (walk-in shower, washing machine, tumble dryer) - separate toilet. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160) - 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90) - 1 bathroom - separate wc. Baby equipment available on request. Children can enjoy the swing set in the garden and games available in the gîte. Wifi, very good network ideal for teleworking with fiber and television. Parking, south-facing terrace, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, wooded and landscaped grounds. Access path to the river La Mayenne, with river fishing (fishing permit required). Hiking trails (GR22 C) and farmyard animals, goats and ponies nearby. 1h from Le Mans. Shops: Pré en Paille 7km - La Ferté-Macé: leisure center -Bagnoles de l'Orne, 20km: casino, spa...golf.

Campagne et apaisement
5/5Nichée au fond d'un petit hameau, cette charmante location, permet de profiter, au calme, de belles randonnées et de belles visites. La vue est apaisante, le poële à bois offre des soirées cocooning. La location est parfaitement équipée, la literie est très confortable. L'accueil est chaleureux, et la tarte aux pommes maison est un régal.

Lovely house in the Mayenne countryside
5/5We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house in the Mayenne countryside, close to Normandy and with many places of interest easily reached by car within an hour. The house is fully equipped and renovated to a high standard, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. The garden is large and has lots of seating to enjoy the peace and quiet. Nicole, Didier and family were very friendly, helpful and accommodating with our lack of French language. Their hard work in bringing this property back to life is evident and we would highly recommend a stay here.

Gîte exceptionnel
5/5Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle. Les photos ne rendent pas assez hommage à ce lieu. Tout est parfait. Un jardin magnifique, une terrasse superbe, un calme olympien, une maison accueillante et confortable. Un grand bravo pour le travail effectué (que nous avons pu admirer grâce au livre qui retrace l'histoire de cette maison). Vous avez créé un lieu avec une véritable âme. Merci à Nicole et à son mari pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. PS : une caresse pour Simba, la petite star locale.
