The kitchen area is above a mushroom-production cellar, where a glass window lets you observe the mushrooms from early September to late June. The mezzanine bedroom offers a beautiful view of the countryside. Discover the stories behind the materials and objects in this gîte: where the floor tiles come from, how the old sheepfold doors were transformed... this gîte is full of surprises! Additional bedding for 1 person in the living room - sofa bed, with supplement (15€/pers/night). Hiking trails depart from the gîte. Ruillé-Froid-Fonds is 13km from Château-Gontier, where you'll enjoy the gardens, the Refuge de l'arche (animal park), the Canotika harbor (electric boat, pedal-boat and bicycle rentals), the Chemin de Hallage, the Ursulines theater... you'll get a taste of the gentle Angevine! Several villages with shops: 5km from Gennes-sur-Glaise or Villiers-Charlemagne and 8km from Meslay-du-Maine. Villiers-Charlemagne: large fishing ponds, PR hiking trails, hallage path of the Mayenne Vélo Francette.

Holiday cottage 30m² all in stone and wood - Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove and comfortable sofa/equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, 4 gas rings, oven, coffee maker, toaster), shower room with Italian shower and WC - 1st floor: bedroom on Mezzanine bed, two 80*190 Twin beds (can be brought together to make a 160*190 bed). Possibility of 1 extra person on a 130*190 sofa-bed for a supplement of €15/person/night. Large covered terrace with garden table and chairs, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue.
