Welcome to Maison de Gabrielle! It combines old and new to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. You'll appreciate the space, the Countryside view, the peace and quiet, and the facilities and services on offer (including made beds, bathroom linen, housekeeping and heating to 19°C). You're in the Normandie Maine Regional Nature Park, at the foot of Mont des Avaloirs, the highest peak in the Armorican Massif. Discover the Petites cités de caractères of Lassay les Châteaux (20 min by car), with its medieval castle, and Sainte Suzanne (45min), with its museum, shops and restaurants. Visit the elegant spa town of Bagnoles de L'Orne, 25 minutes away. Villepail's advantages include its proximity to numerous Hiking trails, including the voie verte (2.6 km away), which runs all the way to Mayenne on the Vélo Francette and the towpath (40 km), or the GR de Pays to the GR22 towards Mont St-Michel. Local shops in Javron (4km) and Villaines la Juhel (9km). Pré en Pail (9km) Water sports and Swimming at Coco Beach in Sillé-le-Guillaume (30 min). Golf: 9-hole courses in Bagnoles de l'Orne (25km), Alençon (30km) and Laval (56km), which also offers an 18-hole course. Professional stay: ideal for 2 people with 2 bedrooms. Weekend stay: arrival possible Friday 5pm and departure Sunday 5pm. Weekly stay: arrival possible 5pm and departure 10am.

The gîte is on the first floor, with a terrace all along and an enclosed garden in front. Entrance via the living room (25.6m²) with open fireplace, dining table, TV, armchairs. The kitchen (10.5m²) is open onto the living room, equipped with dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, electric oven, 146 l. fridge, 60 l. freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, crockery for 12 people. Bathroom with shower cubicle and WC, washing machine, hairdryer.
Games room with a 140*190 sofa bed, giving access to 2 bedrooms: 1 chb 8.4m² with 1 140*190 bed and 1 chb 12.8m² with 2 90*200 beds, comforters.
Wifi. TV. Appliances: raclette, fondue bourguignonne, electric plancha.
Baby equipment: cots, changing table, bathtub, high chair, blender. To be requested before arrival.

Included in the price of the stay: beds made, kitchen linen, towels, cleaning, wood, heating costs for a temperature of 19°C (€10 heating per day included).
