The Domaine de Nail gîte offers bright, airy rooms on 2 levels, with all living areas on the first floor and a bedroom (2 twin beds 80*200) with private shower room and toilet. Upstairs, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the 2nd with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have storage space and a desk. The ground floor offers plenty of space for the whole family. The 32m² living room features a sitting area with TV and wood-burning stove, as well as a dining area. The 20m² fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the south-east-facing terrace through a bay window. There's an unobstructed view over a large grassy field, ideal for games (small soccer goal), and further away, ponies graze peacefully. The setting is ideal for relaxing. The gîte is on a plot with a group of houses, but is totally independent and quiet, with its own private outdoor spaces. Table tennis available. Hiking trails start directly from the gîte. Other trails 3km away. Voie verte 6km away: Laval - La Rincerie (former railroad line). All shops and services in Craon 9km away, or Château-Gontier 14km (hospital, marina, etc.). For your leisure activities, don't miss the Robert Tatin museum in Cossé le Vivien (22km), famous for its giant statues. The Musée de l'Ardoise in Renazé (16km). The Refuge de l'Arche in Château-Gontier (14km) is a must-see in Mayenne, with its thousands of animals. For water sports, there's a marina in Château-Gontier, where you can hire electric and pedal boats, paddles and kayaks, as well as muscle bikes and electric bicycles for young and old to explore the Mayenne towpath or Vélofrancette. Water-skiing is also available. Beautiful aquatic area with swimming pool and play areas with slide. Craon also boasts a beautiful swimming pool with spa.
