Outdoor games: shuffleboard and Mölkky. The 60 m² accommodation comprises 2 large bedrooms, each with 3 Twin beds, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom with bath and WC. For 5 people, possibility of 6 people with supplement (Professionals: 4 pers. max.). Nearby activities: Fishing in the river 3km from the Holiday cottage (FFP fishing card) - La Rincerie water sports center 14km away (windsurfing, canoeing, mini golf, hiking, mountain biking) - St-Aubin-de-Pouancé water sports center with inflatables in summer (Natur'O Loisirs). Shops: all shops 3 km away in Saint-Aignan-sur-Roë.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor of the owners' house, with its own entrance and private outdoor areas. The ground floor has a 9m² entrance. LEVEL 1 : a 23m² living room with lounge, living room and kitchenette (mini-oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, blender, kettle, filter coffee machine, raclette machine) - bedroom (1) 12m² with 3 twin beds 90x200, table, chairs, closet and shelving - bedroom (2) 22m² with 3 twin beds 90x200, 1 sofa, storage shelf and closet - bathroom with bath, 2 basins, towel dryer with blower, hairdryer and WC.
Possibility of assembling 2 Twin beds on request prior to arrival.
Baby equipment (to be requested from the owner): Umbrella bed, booster seat and changing table.
Wifi in the accommodation.
On the side of the house, summer kitchen in a 39m² shed (fridge, freezer, sink, charcoal barbecue, washing machine, auxiliary heating).
Opposite the house, a play area with various games: shuffleboard, Mölkky, possibility of putting 2 vehicles under the play area.
Grassed garden with trees approx. 600m².
INCLUDED: household linen - electricity - towels - sheets and made-up beds.
OPTION : cleaning 50€ (compulsory for professional packages from 1 to 14 nights), pet : 8€/pet/night (1 pet maximum).
