La Heurelière offers a space of remarkable proportions and exposure, ideal for getting together with friends or family. The bright first floor features a long dining table, a large living area and a fully-equipped kitchen, all punctuated by large picture windows opening onto the terrace. From every window, you can enjoy the surrounding countryside and meadows. It's so soothing! It's an invitation to relax and unwind, yet close to the Laval/Cossé-le-Vivien axis. The owner is a yoga teacher and is training as an ayurvedic and massage therapist. Yoga sessions and Ayurvedic consultations on request. Shopping: all local shops in Ahuillé, 1.6km away. Other shops in Cossé-le-Vivien (8km). For your outings, the Robert Tatin Museum, with its monumental sculptures, will impress young and old alike (8km), Laval's Museum of Naïve Art, Le Douanier Rousseau, a famous Laval artist, and the marina (boat and bike rentals by the hour, half-day...). Christmas: Laval is famous for its Christmas lights... Ask Céline for advice to help you plan your outings. Hikers: hiking trails near the gîte and throughout Mayenne. Cyclists: the Vélo Francette greenway and towpath (Ouistréam to La Rochelle) nearby, for exploring the Mayenne. Recognized for the quality of its paths. Weekend stay: from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm (to be agreed with the owner). Weekly stay: arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am. 12 people can sleep on site, and other gîtes in Courbeveille can be rented in addition.
