This stone house is surrounded by a fully enclosed landscaped garden, with an unobstructed view over the surrounding fields. Enjoy a beautifully landscaped 700 m² Lake, ideal for fishing for carp, roach or pike. It is even possible to add trout (to be discussed with the owner). A rowing boat is available. A second pond, about 900 m², is 400 m from the Holiday cottage. The spacious dining room with fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen, the living room and the four bedrooms are ideal for a family get-together. Each bedroom has its own washbasin, and a shared shower is accessible to all. The master bedroom has its own private shower room. The Holiday cottage is close to a working dairy farm. To discover : Gorron (4 km): municipal Piscine - Parc de loisirs de la Colmont (canoeing, accrobranche, paintball, swin golf, bike hire), the Colmont river, ideal for fishing (1st category), numerous hiking trails. Ambrières-les-Vallées (12 km): Piscine in summer, mini-golf, pedalos, horse-riding, and access to the Vélofrancette, one of France's most famous cycle routes. Remarkable gardens: Jardin des Renaudies in Colombiers-du-Plessis (creator of the Vanille-Fraise hydrangea), Jardin de la Pellerine, renowned for its botanical diversity. City of Mayenne (20 km): Castle, shops, river walk. The owners can advise you on visits to local farms. Day trips: Mont-Saint-Michel (72km) - Fougères and its medieval castle and floral park at Le Chatelier (35km) - Lassay-les-Châteaux and its rose garden (24km). Professional stay: 5 adults maximum - 1 cleaning package per stay from 1 to 14 nights mandatory.
