Treat yourself to a peaceful interlude in this renovated former forge, now a pleasant Bungalow surrounded by two enclosed, landscaped gardens (rosebushes, camellias, hornbeam hedges). Just 200 m from the shops, the Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the Mayenne region: the Château de Mayenne and its museum (10 min), the Renaudies gardens (20 min) or the hiking trails of the bocage and the Colmont valley, a wild river renowned for its trout fishing. Nearby: Fishing 500 m away, Base de loisirs in Ambrières-les-Vallées (7 km), and must-see sites such as Sainte-Suzanne, Lassay-les-Châteaux and Jublains. All shops and services in Oisseau.

The Holiday cottage is on one level: living room (32m²): fully-equipped kitchen (oven, 4 burners, microwave, Nespresso filter and capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stewpot, pressure cooker) and lounge with sofa, TV, dining area - utility room with washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher - bathroom: shower, washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer - separate WC with washbasin - Bedroom 1 (10m²): 1 bed 140*190, TV - Bedroom 2 (9m²): 1 bed 140*190, desk.
Garage for bikes, motorcycles and equipment. Outside: Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol.
Garden in front of the house and access via the street to a 2nd enclosed garden. Included: beds made up - household linen - towels - wood (1st bag). Option: cleaning 65€ (compulsory for professionals, fixed price from 1 to 14 nights) - electricity > 8kWh (to be paid to the owner on meter reading) - wood: 1st flambé free then 10€ per bag of wood - If Pets allowed: 6€/night/pet.
