The gîte is on several levels - Access to the first floor via 3 steps.
LEVEL 0 - Living room with fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4 gas rings, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, blender) with dining table and chairs, TV, fireplace insert (stove look) - 3.6m² shower room with Italian shower and washbasin, towel dryer, washing machine - separate WC.
1/2 LEVEL - Bedroom 1: 13.5m² with 1 bed 140*190, wardrobe
MEZZANINE LEVEL 1 - 31m² with blackout windows, access via a miller's staircase - Bedroom 2: with 1 bed 140/190, 1 bed 90*190, 1 convertible sofa, 1 desk, storage space, folding screen if required between the 2 beds. Beds made up with sheets and blankets.
Enclosed grounds, flower garden, awning terrace with garden table and chairs, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue. Games for young children.
WIFI Internet access available.
BABY EQUIPMENT: cot, high chair, blender, baby crockery, bottle warmer, changing mat, bathtub, bath seat, potty, toilet seat reducer, top and bottom stair gates.
INCLUDED: kitchen linen
OPTION : sheets 15€/bed - towels 10€/pers - electric heating to be paid to the owner on meter reading (> 8kWh/day) (approx. 70€/week depending on temperature) - cleaning 70€/stay from 1 to 14 nights - wood 60€/stove - pet 5€/pet/night

Gites en tout point avec ce qui était annoncé
5/5Agréable séjour..personne a l'accueil au top .. voisinage sympathique.. seuls bémol serait l'appareil Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas ou presque jamais . Dommage que le four soit a côté du frigo .. Sinon tres belle rénovation de l'ensemble du bâtiment
