The house is surrounded by a large garden with terrace, a garage shelter protecting 1 petanque court, possibility of eating and playing, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchair. Children's swing, orchard and vegetable garden. All shops are 13km away, in Villaines-la-Juhel. For family fun, take advantage of the large leisure park at Sillé le Guillaume (13km away), Sillé-plage, with its large lake for swimming, pedal boats, canoes, surf-bikes, zip-line, laser-game, mini-golf, pony-trekking... In Averton (15km away), the Perles site offers a fishing area (with fishing permit). Mayenne is a great hiking area, with Mont des Avaloirs (the highest peak in the Armorican Massif), Montaigu and many other forest and country paths. In Mayenne and Sarthe, you can also discover the "Petites cités de caractères" (small towns of character) of Sainte-Suzanne, Sillé-le-Guillaume, Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, Entrammes... Possibility of visiting Mont Saint Michel (130km). The owners will be happy to point you in the direction of local producers and markets to sample the produce of the Mayenne region.
