In the surrounding area, numerous hiking and trail trails through rolling green landscapes alternating with meadows, woods and forests. Situated in a peaceful setting, you'll be lulled by birdsong and charmed by the beautiful garden of Jocelyne and Jacky, the owners. All shops in Sainte Suzanne 5km away (grocery store, restaurant, bakery, etc.). Other shops in Evron 11km.

Holiday cottage for 2 people - LEVEL 0: 24 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (3 gas hobs and 1 electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender), lounge with sofa bed, coffee table, TV - 13 m² bedroom with 1 double bed (160*200), wardrobe, chest of drawers - 4 m² shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer - separate WC.
Wifi - Washing machine - Private parking - Small terrace in front of the house with table and chairs, 2 deckchairs, electric barbecue. Unenclosed wooded grounds of 3ha. Private 1000 m² Lake with fish for recreational fishing (no kill), 100m from the Holiday cottage.

Supplement: heating from October 15 to April 15 (Outside these dates, a supplement of €4 per night may be required and will be paid to the owners, depending on temperatures and consumption).

From 3 nights: Arrival 5 pm / Departure 10 am.
Business stay: 1 person max.
