A real vacation home with games for young and old in a natural environment Situated in the heart of the Mayenne department, in the countryside 15 minutes from Laval, the gîte is ideal for a family reunion, a get-together with friends or simply to recharge your batteries! This large, bright gîte has a living room opening onto the terraces, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a toilet on the first floor, and 3 other bedrooms upstairs with a 2nd shower room and 1 separate toilet. The grounds are laid out with a large grassy area with 2 soccer goals, 1 small slide, another area with a petanque court, numerous outdoor games (shuffleboard, rackets...). And, sheltered in a barn, a ping-pong table. The little extra: the goats in their enclosure, and the ducks by their pond. A pleasure to watch and talk to! Shops and services are in the village of Ahuillé, 3.5km away. And even more in Saint Berthevin, 6.5km away, or Laval, 12km. Numerous hiking and biking trails in the Laval area, including a trail station (Onpiste): in the countryside, along the Hallage, or in the woods of L'huisserie. Discover the castles of Laval, Craon or Mayenne, discover local products from our producers (ask the owners for advice), sail on the Mayenne from the port of Laval or Château-Gontier (electric boats and other craft, as well as muscle and electric bike rentals). Ahuillé is 1 hour from Rennes, Le Mans and Angers. From Laval station, you can also get to Paris in 1h10 on the LGV. It really is an ideal place to get together. PROFESSIONAL STAY: 6 people maximum - regular upkeep of gîte and compulsory cleaning package (1 per stay from 1 to 14 nights). 1 to 2-night stays: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm From 3 nights: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.

LEVEL 0 - 67m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto filter and espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster); dining area and lounge area with sofa and TV - Bedroom 1: 11.5m² with 1 bed 160*190 and large closet - shower room with shower, sink and towel dryer - separate toilet - space with washing machine. Note: 2 benches around the dining room table, chairs available in the scullery for added comfort.

*If you do not take the cleaning option, a deposit of 90€ (cheques or cash) must be paid to the owners on arrival. It will be returned if the gîte is left clean.
