From the Holiday cottage, set off on foot along the many paths that criss-cross the rolling Countryside, between manor houses and bocage landscapes. In the immediate vicinity, 300m away, take advantage of the communal Lake (Fishing possible in season) and the magnificent Montaigu site, a must for nature and panorama lovers. Discover also The Gué-de-Selle Lake for swimming and leisure activities (7km) - The Gallo-Roman town of Jublains (7km) - Sainte-Suzanne, classified as one of France's most beautiful villages (19km) - Le Mans and its famous 24-hour race (90km, 1h). Bedroom 1 (11m²): 2 Bunk beds, sleeps 4 90*190 - Bedroom 2 (10.75m²): 1 bed 160*200 - Bedroom 3 (10m²): 2 beds 90*190 - Bathroom (9m²): whirlpool bath, shower, double basins, towel dryer, hairdryer, WC.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed with mattress, high chair, bathtub.
Outside: terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, 500m² grounds, ping-pong table, 1 soccer goal.
Courtyard in front of the house for vehicle parking.
