Take the small Countryside road lined with oak trees, and cross the valleys to discover this large house with the ideal configuration for stays with family or friends. This detached house is set in 1000m² of enclosed grounds, planted with trees and offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding Countryside. A large building houses the ping-pong table and large charcoal barbecue, and can also accommodate motorcycles and bicycles. Kids have plenty of room to play, with a swing and sandpit. The petanque court is alongside the house. Shops are in the village of Vaiges: Pharmacy, bakery, butcher, mini-market and restaurants from the simplest to the most gourmet. For your leisure activities, take advantage of the hiking trails throughout the Coëvrons, the Saulges caves with their prehistory museum, climbing walls and restaurants. Discover Sainte-Suzanne, a small town full of character and France's favorite village, with its castle, its Museums and its cobbled streets, a lively village with a variety of shops and events. Don't miss the paper mill walk! Water sports: swimming pools in Evron and Meslay du Maine - open all year round, the Chesnaie leisure center in Saint Denis du Maine, Laval harbor (boat rental, canoeing, etc.). And all over Mayenne, come and meet the producers on their farms! Cheese, bread, mohair wool, vegetables, meat... The owners know the area like the back of their hand, so they'll be happy to help you make the most of it!

The Holiday cottage - On the first floor, the house's living space comprises an 18m² fully-equipped kitchen (combined microwave, oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), and a 29m² living room opening onto the terrace (fireplace, 10-person table, armchairs and sofa, TV, VCR, DVD player). A 12m² bedroom with 1 x 140*190 bed and direct access to a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms served by a wide corridor (with closet), and a bathroom with double sinks. 1 room 16m² with 2 bunk beds 90*190, 1 bed 110*190 and a washbasin, 1 room 12.5m² with 1 bed 140*190 and a baby bed with bars, 1 room 17.5m² with 1 bed 140*190 and 1 bed 90*190. Each room has storage space.
Baby equipment available in the Holiday cottage: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat.
