In the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, the Holiday cottage La Bataille, on the Trotté estate, offers simple accommodation with 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a terrace with dining table for 5 people, close to numerous hiking trails. The site is ideal for discovering Mont des Avaloirs and the entire western part of the Normandie Maine Regional Nature Park. Just below the Holiday cottage, the Sarthon flows into the Sarthe. You're at the crossroads of 3 départements: Mayenne, Sarthe and Orne. The natural environment is remarkable. The Domaine de Trotté is a communal site open to the public. The village of Saint Pierre des Nids is 4km away, with all the local shops you need. For leisure activities, you can visit the Base de loisirs de Saint-Cénéri-le-Gérei, just over 1km away, where you can go canoeing or kayaking, or Saint Léonard des Bois (accrobranche, rock-climbing, ULM). Fishing in the river just below the Holiday cottage (map required). Saint-Cénéri-le-Gérei has been awarded the "Plus beaux villages de France" label.
