In the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, the Holiday cottage La Bataille, located on the Trotté estate, welcomes you to an idyllic natural setting. At the foot of the Sarthe river, enjoy directly accessible walks and a peaceful environment lulled by the sound of water. The Holiday cottage has 2 bedrooms and a terrace where you can relax in the heart of nature. There are numerous Hiking trails nearby, perfect for discovering Mont des Avaloirs and the western part of the Normandie-Maine Regional Nature Park. Below the Holiday cottage, the Sarthon joins the Sarthe, in a remarkable natural site at the crossroads of the Mayenne, Sarthe and Orne rivers. The Trotté estate is a communal area open to the public. The village of Saint-Pierre-des-Nids, 4 km away, offers a full range of local shops. Leisure activities: Base de loisirs and canoeing at Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei (just over 1 km away), as well as numerous activities at Saint-Léonard-des-Bois (accrobranche, rock-climbing, ULM). Fishing in the river is possible at the foot of the Holiday cottage (card required). Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei, one of France's most beautiful villages, is nearby. LEVEL 0: living room (26m²): television, sofa bed, dining table and chairs, access to terrace - 5 steps - kitchen (12m²): electric hob, extractor hood, fridge, electric oven, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, blender - shower room (3m²): shower, washbasin, hairdryer, towel dryer - separate WC. LEVEL 1: bedroom 1 (18m²): 1 bed 140*190, chest of drawers and wardrobe - landing (8m²): desk.
LEVEL 2: mezzanine (12m² on floor, 4m² at 1.80m) - bedroom 2 (12m² at 1.80m): 3 beds 90*200, chest of drawers, height from bedroom entrance: 1.50m.
