Very large, friendly Countryside house, with darts, table soccer, billiards and pétanque. Just 600 m from the Vélo Francette (greenway along the Mayenne: Ouistréam/la Rochelle). Along the towpath, you can cycle to Château-Gontier (8.5km) or the Neuville lock (0.9km): restaurant and cutlery maker... and why not head back up to Laval. Large living rooms on the first floor, notably the 65m² living room with large bay window opening onto the terrace and gaming room.
