The holiday cottage is located on the owner’s property, which is fully fenced and equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras. Privacy is ensured by opaque windows on the north-facing facade and surrounding vegetation.
The holiday cottage is on two levels and faces south—LEVEL 0: entryway and fully equipped kitchen (11.8 m²; dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker and Senseo pod coffee maker, blender, indoor/outdoor electric griddle, raclette machine, crepe maker) — living room with dining and lounge areas, sofa, television — bedroom (1) 13.6 m² with a 160x200 bed, storage - separate toilet with sink.
LEVEL 1: hallway - bedroom (2) 11.2 m² with 2 90x200 beds, storage - bedroom (3) 10.2 m² with 2 90x200 beds, storage, desk and armchair—bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer—separate toilet.
