Fishing gîte with two beautifully landscaped lakes (4300m² and 2400m²), on a farm 1.7km from Craon. Numerous hiking trails within 800m of the gîte: 60km of cycle routes via voies vertes to Laval and southern Mayenne. Hiking trails also depart from Craon. In addition to the ponds, you can enjoy the river that runs alongside the property. You'll have access to a fish-cleaning area (mini-slaughterhouse with fridge, sink with hot and cold water, etc.), and a cart for easy movement around the ponds. Stocked regularly with pike, zander and carp (8-9 kg). The proximity of Craon is an asset: numerous services, restaurants, a beautiful aquatic area with sauna and hammam. Craon is also famous for its castle and park (visit) and horse racing. River fishing possible on the Uzure, which flows through the property (fishing permit required). The ponds are 120m from the Holiday cottage. No view of the ponds from the Holiday cottage. Shared with the occupants of the Bed and breakfast, but few are there for Fishing.
