It has its own private enclosed garden, with a breathtaking view of the Pontmain Basilica. The 12-hectare wooded park is directly accessible from the gîte. You can sleep up to 4 people - 2 adults, 2 children max 15 years old - with the addition of 1 hotel-quality folding bed or sofa bed, to be placed in the vast 40m² bedroom or 30m² living room. For your outings, as well as visiting Pontmain's emblematic sites, you can discover the medieval fortress of Fougères (15 min), and Mont Saint-Michel (30 min). Leisure centers with swimming, canoeing, tree climbing... at Base de loisirs du Chênedet (10km) or Base de la Colmont in Gorron (20km). Aquatis aquatic complex in Fougères (15km). The Holiday cottage is 110m² on one level, sleeps up to 4 (with 1 additional hotel-style folding bed and sofa bed), and comprises a large entrance hall - 30m² living room with sofa bed, 2 comfortable armchairs, TV, hi-fi system, Kids' area with games case and furniture - Fully-equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, raclette-crêpes-grill, filter coffee maker, large table and 8 chairs, washing machine - Shower room with washbasin, Italian shower, hairdryer - 40m² bedroom with 160*200 bed or 2 80*200 beds on request, desk and armchair, large wall cupboard - separate WC.
Access to Relais du bocage services: fitness room, billiards, table soccer and Restaurant (booking required). The Holiday cottage has its own private enclosed garden, with the possibility of parking a vehicle in this enclosed space - garden lounge - view of the Pontmain basilica.
