The Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' discreet house. Entirely on one level. Entrance through living room opening onto terrace and Countryside. Living room 48m² with fully-equipped kitchen - oven, hob, microwave, fridge, filter coffee maker, Bialetti Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher; dining area with table and chairs, lounge area with 2 sofas (convertible for emergency use) and television - utility room 6.3m² with washing machine and freezer - corridor with cupboard - master suite comprising 10.8m² bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, 2.7m² dressing room and bathroom with washbasin, walk-in shower, hairdryer - separate toilet with washbasin.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, blender. Possibility of putting the bed in the room with the parents. Terrace alongside the house, with garden furniture for meals and relaxation. 500m² partially fenced plot with parking spaces. Electric vehicle recharging is not permitted. Possibility of recharging in the village. INCLUDED: beds made - bathroom linen - kitchen linen - heating - electricity. OPTION: end-of-stay cleaning 60€ (1 package per stay from 1 to 14 nights compulsory for professionals). 1-2 night weekend stay: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm Stay from 3 nights: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.
