A 29m² fitted kitchen opening onto the living room. A 2-person bedroom with a 160cm bed, accompanied by its own shower room and toilet accessible to disabled people. Laundry room with tumble dryer, washing machine and sink. Separate WC. Upstairs: a 2-person bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a 3-person bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), and a 4-person bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm). Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. In Craon, you'll find all the shops you need, as well as a beautiful aquatic complex with spa, and a refined 18th-century Château. La Rincerie leisure center is 10 minutes away: swimming, wake park, swin golf, mini golf, fishing, boat rides, water sports center, ornithological site, horse riding, mountain biking, boulodrome, children's games, etc. You can also visit the Musée de la Forge in Denazé and the Musée Robert Tatin in Cossé-le-Vivien. You can also stroll through the pretty streets of Château-Gontier and discover a wide variety of animals housed at the Refuge de l'Arche.
