Cascades of rambling roses, rhododendrons, azaleas, ferns, the river, the shade of tall trees, the rocky outcrops... make up the setting of the Moulin de Tanis. The Holiday cottage and terrace overlook the entire landscaped area. Like a watermill, the living room is on the 1st floor and the three bedrooms on the 2nd. Pierre, the owner, will share with you his knowledge and love of gardens and Biodiversity! Local shops are in Oisseau, 4km away. Other shops in Mayenne 10km away. Must-sees within 20km: Lassay les Chateaux (13km), medieval castles and "Petite cité de caractères", Fontaine Daniel (11km), 19th-century textile town, Jublain, Gallo-Roman town with numerous remains and artists' markets. A little further afield: Sainte Suzanne. All of these sites have signposted Hiking trails. For Kids, there are several nearby Base de loisirs: Parc de la Colmont, Parc de Vaux, La Haie Traversaine (summer). Quality public water parks in Mayenne, Gorron and Evron.

The Holiday cottage is on the owner's property. The living quarters of the mill are on the 1st and 2nd levels.
LEVEL 1 - access by stone staircase - Living room 40.7m² with fitted kitchen area (fridge, freezer, 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, Bialetti filter and Italian coffeemaker, toaster, oil-free deep fryer), sitting area with TV and wood-burning stove (wood stere optional: 80€), dining area. Door to terrace.
LEVEL 2 - access via a staircase 0.66cm wide and ramp 0.9m high - Forest bedroom (1) 8.4m² with 2 electric Twin beds 80x200, storage - River bedroom (2) 9.27m² with 4 bunk beds 90x190, storage space in corridor opposite bedroom - Roche bedroom (3) 8.4m² with 1 bed 160x190, electric, storage - shower room with washbasin, shower cubicle, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet.
LEVEL 0: access from outside, cellar with washing machine, emergency toilet and washbasin.
Internet via wifi - For babies: 1 Umbrella bed - chair booster - blender - footboard.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Deckchair.
Vast, landscaped garden of almost 2,000m², with fishing possibilities (with federal fishing card), boat available for going up the river.

OPTION : cleaning 80€ (Professional stay : 1 compulsory package per stay from 1 to 14 nights). Stere of wood for the stove with kindling, crate and firelighter supplied 80€.
Stay 1 to 2 nights weekend: arrival 5pm - departure 5pm
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 5pm - departure 10am.
