Former presbytery with two Holiday cottages for up to 13 people. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The commune of Livet, located in the heart of the Coëvrons, is renowned for its marked Hiking and trail trails, as well as for its Petites Cités de Caractère, including Sainte-Suzanne and Saint-Pierre-sur-Erve. Livet is ideally located: 8 km from the Paris/Rennes freeway (Vaiges exit), 7 km from Sainte Suzanne and 7 km from Evron, famous for its abbey. All shops and services are within easy reach in Evron (8km). Just 50 meters from the Holiday cottage, a 7400m² public lake awaits you, with picnic tables and fishing facilities (trout, whitefish, carnivorous fish) from March to September, with a federal fishing card (available on the FFP website). A boules pitch is also available.

Professional stay: 8 people maximum.
1 or 2-night weekend stay: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm.
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.
