Gîte du Brâme

The gîte du Brame is a bright house with a bay window opening onto the south-facing terrace. On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen in the old bread oven, opening onto the large 41m² living room, a bedroom and bathroom (separate toilet). Exposed beams give a feeling of increased space. The mezzanine bedroom has 2 single beds (140x190). The garden is fully enclosed and overlooks the countryside and deer-filled fields. Céline, the owner, will be delighted to welcome you and show you around the region. A must-see is the Musée Robert Tatin, an incredibly exotic museum in Mayenne, just 5 minutes from the gîte! The "voie vert" (greenway) is not far away, and links you to the Rincerie leisure center (swimming - canoeing - swin golf...). Cossé-le-Vivien is 5 minutes from all amenities: caterer (owners), mini-market, bakery, restaurant... Florent will be happy to offer you his deer meat products from his own farm.

Ground floor: 41m² living room / fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 4 gas burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) in an old bread oven and open onto the living room - bathroom with towel-drying radiator and washbasin without vanity unit - separate WC - 1 bedroom 9m² with 1 bed 140*190.
First floor: mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds 140*190 and a sofa bed 140*190.

Outside, you'll find a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, petanque court, lawn area, charcoal barbecue and fully enclosed grounds.

Weekly (Friday to Friday), weekend (Friday evening to Monday morning) and mini-week (Monday evening to Friday morning) rentals.
Dogs on request only.
Electric underfloor heating - billed on meter reading > 8kWh/day (payable to owner).
Options: cleaning 60€ (compulsory for professionals) and sheets/bed 10€.
Pets not accepted.
