Take a break in the countryside at this family-run Holiday cottage in the heart of the Mayenne countryside. Enjoy a large living room, private garden and pleasant courtyard for a peaceful vacation. The real asset of the place: a 240 m² ecological swimming pool, nestled in a preserved environment. Kids will also love the 1,000 m² lake where they can try their hand at fishing... but beware, it's biting! The natural lake is open from mid-April to mid-October. Unheated, it is 1.50 m to 1.70 m deep. This area is shared with a second Holiday cottage and the owner's guests (bathing charter to be respected). Nearby: Craon (4.5 km): walk or cycle along the greenway (300 m away), historic center and Château de Craon, nicknamed the "Little Versailles of the Mayenne", with its magnificent park combining French and English gardens - Cossé-le-Vivien (17 km): Musée Robert Tatin, an unusual and artistic place with monumental sculptures - Renazé (8 km): Musée de l'Ardoise, dedicated to local mining and geological history - La Selle-Craonnaise (7 km): Base de loisirs de la Rincerie with Swimming, wake park, waterski lift, paddle, mini-golf, Fishing, mountain biking and Kids' games. With a fishing card, you can fish at the Usure river (300 m) or at the Base de loisirs de la Rincerie (7km). Services and shops in Craon (4.5 km). Professional operators accepted: 4 people maximum.

LEVEL 1: Bedroom 1 (9 m²): 1 bed (140 × 190) - Bedroom 2 (10 m²): 1 bed (160 × 200) and 1 bed (90 × 190) - Bedroom 3 (10 m²): 2 beds (140 × 190) on a mezzanine (70 cm high) - Shower room (2 m²): sink, shower, hair dryer - Bathroom (2.2 m²): sink, bathtub, hair dryer - Separate toilet.
Telework: desk and Wi-Fi available throughout the entire property.
Baby equipment available upon request: booster seat, Umbrella bed, bath ring, changing pad.
Outdoors: natural swimming area (secure entrance gate, swimming rules must be followed), sun loungers, charcoal grill.

Surcharge: pets €15 per pet/night => pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofas. Please bring their own blankets.
