Magnificent, independent, family Holiday cottage with very large rooms and private garden. Enjoy natural, ecological swimming in an exceptional setting in the heart of the Countryside! Kids can enjoy fishing on the second 1000m² landscaped Lake (roach, carp).....beware: it bites! The Holiday cottage is close to the small town of Craon. It offers all services and shops. Don't miss its historic center. The Robert Tatin open-air Museums are a real treat! Out and about: the Base de loisirs de la Rincerie (8 km): swimming, wake park (water ski lift). In Craon: aquatic complex with Spa. With a fishing licence, you can go to the Usure river (300m) or the Base de loisirs de la Rincerie. The natural Swimming (240 m²) is open from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting), unheated, 1.5m to 1.70m deep, 15m wide and 15m long. Swimming is shared with a 2nd Holiday cottage and the owner's guests (swimming charter to be respected).

The Holiday cottage has a completely independent entrance and terrace - on 2 levels.

LEVEL 1 : Bedroom (1) 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom (2) 2 beds 140x190 on mezzanine - Bedroom (3) 1 bed 160x190 and 1 bed 80x190 - Shower room - Bathroom - Separate WC.
2 additional people (Kids) on request (total of 9 places).
Telework: office and WIFI available throughout.
Baby equipment on request: booster seat, Umbrella bed, bathtub ring, changing mat.
INCLUDED: beds made up - household linen - electricity - heating.
OPTION : cleaning 80€ per stay (compulsory for professionals for 1 to 14 days) - bathroom linen 4€/towel (= per unit) // wood 60€ / stere to be paid to the owner.
Supplement: pet 15€ per pet/night => pets must not be allowed in rooms or on sofas. Please bring their own blankets.
Outside: natural swimming (swimming charter to be respected).
1 or 2-night weekend stays: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm.
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.
