Le gîte des faisans is a detached house with 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms, surrounded by a well-kept garden with various relaxation areas. You're in southern Mayenne, 10 minutes from Laval. As well as sharing the garden, the owner is passionate about decoration and offers Eléonore decorative painting courses. The gîte is a showcase for her experiences! Come and get inspired! Leisure activities? Bike paths on old railroad tracks link you to the Vélofrancette (a hallage path renowned for its facilities). In the village, you can fish in the presbytery moat. The Musée Robert Tatin, 3km away in Cossé-le-Vivien, is a must-see for young and old alike. An open-air exhibition space with some indoor exhibits, the monumental sculptures will not leave you indifferent. In Laval, there's plenty to see and do, from the commercial heart of the city to the medieval château, home to the Musée d'Art Naïf, of which Douanier Rousseau, a native of Laval, is an emblematic figure. At Christmas, Laval is renowned for its illuminations, with the option of a cruise on the Mayenne River. The Laval marina offers electric boats, kayaks and bicycles for hire... Shopping: in Huilé (3km) or Cossé-le-Vivien (6km). There's also a baguette dispenser near the church in Courbeveille. Professional stays: this gîte is ideal with its 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 3 shower rooms. Spacious living rooms. Housekeeping and bed linen optional. Weekend stays: from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm (to be agreed with the owner). Weekly stays: arrival from 4pm and departure at 10am.

Your accommodation comprises : Ground floor: living room with 36m² fitted kitchen, scullery and garage (possibility of storing bikes and motorcycles), separate toilet. 1st floor: four bedrooms: 1 bdrm with 1 bed 140 + private shower room; 1 bdrm with 1 bed 160 + private shower room; 1 bdrm with 2 beds 90; 1 bdrm with 1 bed 90 + a BZ 120, shower room, separate wc.
The garden offers a variety of spaces and plants, as well as a winter garden (a popular spot for smokers). Various garden furniture. Charcoal barbecue.
Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed and high chair (to be placed in the Holiday cottage).
