Between Bagnoles de l'Orne, a renowned spa town, and Lassay-les-Châteaux, a small town full of character, the Holiday cottage Les Champs étoilés is exceptional for the warm atmosphere it creates thanks to a subtle combination of wood and stone, and new and renovated furniture. Comfortable bedding, two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath. The stay includes beds made up, towels and kitchen linen, as well as heating and housekeeping. Private wellbeing area with a 4m x 3m semi-underground heated swimming pool, sauna, spa, gym, shower and wc, wood-burning stove. In the valleys of the Mayenne highlands, the landscape is undulating, offering beautiful views. Local shops in Couterne, 3km (bakery, butcher, mini-market). Bagnoles de l'Orne (9km): spa, swimming pool, tree-lined path, restaurants, all shops and services. La Ferté-Macé (14km): leisure center with water sports and swimming in season. Lassay-les-Châteaux (9km): visits to the castle, numerous events and exhibitions, painters in the street, art galleries...market and shops. Piscine in summer. Numerous signposted Hiking trails. 500 m from the Holiday cottage, Sentier du sculpteur, a short 6.7 km hike. Professional stays: 3 people maximum. 1 to 2-night weekend stays: arrival 3pm - departure 11am. 3-night stays and more: arrival 3pm - departure 11am.

The Holiday cottage is on 2 levels - LEVEL 0, entirely on one level, with no steps: living room 25m² with wood-burning stove, television, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner hob, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso filter and pod coffee maker, kettle and toaster, blender) - bedroom 16m² for 4 people with 1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200, storage - shower room 2,7m² with Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer and hairdryer - separate toilet 1m².
LEVEL 1: living room 18.8m² with TV, sofa bed and armchairs - bedroom 20.4m² with 1 bed 160x200, storage space, desk - private bathroom with whirlpool bath, washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer and washer-dryer. Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, step stool, changing mat. Wifi. Private Wellbeing area in an adjoining building: heated Piscine, Spa, Sauna, sports equipment, TV, deckchairs, shower, WC wood-burning stove. 83m² fenced garden with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs, pétanque court.

A deposit of €1,500 is required on arrival at the Holiday cottage.
This will not be cashed and will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been noted after the inventory of fixtures.
