Sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms, large living room with board games. The house has its own private garden and terrace. Kids: trampoline, swing, 2 soccer goals... On the property, to be shared with the 2nd Holiday cottage: - Swimming, from spring to autumn (bathing charter to be respected), - private Lake* of 1000m² -fishing rods, carp (*without fishing licence), for leisure fishing, - alpaca field. 100m from the Holiday cottage: a secure play area for Kids with zip-line, games and picnic table - the voie verte for safe cycling and walking. Visit Château de Craon and its park (6km), a listed historic monument, open from April to the end of October - La Rincerie (7km): Base de loisirs with Swimming, Kids' play area, Fishing and water sports (kayaking, catamaran, windsurfing, pedal-boating....) - The Robert Tatin Museum (19km), an astonishing and Unusual art museum - The Arche Refuge (27km), a haven of peace home to almost 1,500 animals from local and exotic faunas - La Mine Bleue (18km), an Unusual adventure 126m underground. Shops: supermarket 3km away and other shops and services in Craon 4km away.

Stays of 1–2 nights on weekends: check-in at 5:00 PM – check-out at 5:00 PM.
Stays of 3 nights or more: check-in at 5:00 PM – check-out at 10:00 AM.
