In this house, everything comes in pairs: 2 bedrooms (4 beds and a convertible), 2 shower rooms and 2 enclosed outdoor spaces: a courtyard for parking two vehicles and a 295m² garden. Only 13km from Mayenne and 20km from Laval. Each city has its own castle, Museums, Markets, Marina and water sports activities. Professional stay: 4 people maximum - 1 compulsory cleaning package per stay from 1 to 14 nights.

Enclosed 55m² courtyard with gate, possibility of parking 2 vehicles - 295m² fenced garden with lawn, garden furniture for meals, 2 deckchairs, barbecue, parasol.
