This beautiful manor house is now a vacation home just the way we like it: a garden protected by high walls, a vast lawn for ball games, the wood for hiding and making cabins and descending to the banks of the Orthe river... Room for table tennis, rackets, boules, shuffleboard... 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and a sofa bed to accommodate a large family. Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and baby facilities. Board games. Local shops in the village of Vimartin 1.6km away. All shops and services in Sillé le Guillaume 7km, Villaines la Juhel or Bais 13km. Vimartin lies between the Petite cité de caractère of Sainte Suzanne (20km) and the Alpes Mancelles (24km), in the Parc Naturel Régional Normandie Maine. Hiking, horse-riding and biking trails everywhere. Base de loisirs and Swimming at Coco Beach 4km.

The Holiday cottage is on two levels. NOTE: old spiral staircase, handrail only 0.75cm, located in the tower. Access to the staircase is via a door on the ground floor as on the first floor.
LEVEL 0: 50m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, electric hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Senseo filter and pod coffee maker, washing machine), dining area with large table, sitting area with sofas, TV and board games - separate toilet.
LEVEL 1: corridor - winter bedroom 9.8m² with 1 bed 160x200, storage space, mirror - autumn bedroom 10m² with 2 Twin beds 90x200, storage space, mirror - summer bedroom 10m² with 2 beds 90x200, storage space, mirror - spring bedroom 7.8m² with sliding glass door, convertible sofa 140x190 for 2 extra beds (extra charge) - bathroom with 2 basins, large walk-in shower, hairdryer - separate wc.

For stays of 3 nights or more: check-in 4pm - check-out 10am.
Professional stay: 4 pers maximum, cleaning compulsory, 1 package per stay from 1 to 14 nights.
