Ideal for organizing family receptions, sports events and business trips! The gîte can accommodate up to 80/100 people in the reception room and 60 in the sleeping area. Four large common rooms: a 89m² games room with billiards and table soccer - an adjoining 72m² lounge - an 80-seat 100m² restaurant - a 55m² meeting room - a professional kitchen with cold storage, Complemented by 2 large changing rooms with showers and wc. For sleeping, a potential of 13 bedrooms, each with private shower, toilet and washbasin, for a total of 60 beds. Possibility of renting a half-gîte: 7 rooms (capacity of 30 people). Wifi Internet access throughout the structure, TV, stereo system, 4-speaker amplifier. The site is approved by the French Ministry of Education and the DDCSPP. The Gîte de la Colmont is located in the commune of Gorron, close to shops, sports facilities and the countryside. This small town in the Mayenne region is renowned for its sports facilities and dynamism: soccer stadium, climbing wall, swimming pool, athletics, orienteering course, gym, weight room, hiking, etc. On foot, you have access to : - several hiking trails, - the Colmont river, a 1st category fishing river (federal fishing card required), - 5 min: municipal swimming pool, open all year, - 10 min: sports ground and petanque court, - 20min: Parc de loisirs de la Colmont with its many outdoor activities: tree climbing, paintball, swin golf, canoeing, kayaking... Around Gorron, discover the medieval city and castle of Fougères, the Gallo-Roman city of Jublains, the Petite cité de caractère of Sainte Suzanne, the medieval castle of Lassay-les-Châteaux and Laval to the south!
