The gîte is all on one level, with a large terrace (42m²) running the full length of the house, a grassy garden (450m²) and private parking in front of the terrace. Partially enclosed with hedges and gabion walls. Only the vehicle entrance is open.
Entrance via the 25m² living room with lounge area - sofa, TV, board games, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen - fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, Bialetti coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 2 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pierrade raclette machine. Bedroom 12m² with 2 twin beds 90*190 and closet - Bedroom 8.2m² with 2 twin beds 90*190 and closet - 1 independent shower room 5m² with washbasin and walk-in shower, hairdryer - 1 independent toilet.
TV and wifi.
On the terrace: dining table and chairs, garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, 1 charcoal barbecue.
Children's games in the garden to come (sandpit, slide and ball).
Baby equipment: 1 cot with additional mattress - 1 booster seat - 1 blender
Included : beds made up - bathroom linen - kitchen linen - electricity - heating
Optional : cleaning 40€.

Un week-end au Gîte de la Champonnière. De très belles personnes Chaleureuses. Un week-end très reposant, réveillés par le chant des oiseaux. Un gîte très très bien aménagé. Très propre. Très clair.
