La Brunaie is an ideal gîte for family get-togethers! Between the games room with billiards, table tennis and table soccer, the children's swing, the bikes and children's games, not forgetting the covered area for a game of pétanque, there's no time for boredom. The gîte features a large 40m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a lounge. The entire living room opens onto the terrace and garden. 4 bedrooms, including 1 on the ground floor, 1 shower room (ground floor) and 1 bathroom (1st floor), 2 separate WCs. Beds made up on arrival. Shops and services, market and restaurants, are in Bourgneuf la Forêt, 4km away. In Ernée, other shops and a nice swimming pool. Train station at Vitré. For your leisure activities, Vitré (20km), Fougères and its castle (20km), the Haute Vilaines leisure center (cycling, kayaking, swimming...) 13km away. Hiking and fitness trail at Juvigné (7km). Fishing in a private pond 800m away (carp and trout in particular). Please contact owners. Nearby, a farm with cows and several producers, including an ice-cream parlour! Professional stay: 4 people maximum - Cleaning options €70 compulsory (1 cleaning per stay from 1 to 14 nights). Weekend stay: Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm (or Saturday to Monday) From 3 nights: arrival 4pm, departure 10am.
