On the Perles site, a landscaped area with a fishing pond of almost 6 ha, a large play area for children and 5 gîtes, including Eglantine, a single-storey gîte with 2 bedrooms (3 beds). For fishing enthusiasts, the Etang des Perles, a 1st category enclosed lake, is a well-known spot in Mayenne (carp, pike... open in March and carnivore fishing Sept-Dec. Fishing card offered during your stay by your host. The gîte has a fishing room shared with the adjoining gîte: sink, fridge. For your activities, the site also offers free jogging, hiking and a BMX track, as well as the start of a 49km mountain bike circuit (difficult): the Mont du Saule, with its magnificent views. All shops and services are 3km away in Villaines-la-Juhel. There's also an indoor swimming pool open all year round, with adult and children's pools, a solarium and swimming, aquagym and aquaphobia classes, as well as swimming courses during the vacations.
