Located at either end of a beautiful stone farmhouse with blue woodwork, these two independent Holiday cottages will seduce you with their authenticity and peaceful setting. The two Holiday cottages are independent and have no internal communication. The owners' house is located between the two gîtes, each with its own private entrance. One Holiday cottage is on the ground floor, and the other is on the first floor, accessible via a staircase. Each Holiday cottage has its own fully-equipped kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. One has 3 bedrooms, the other 2 bedrooms, for a total of 10 beds. Outdoors and relaxation : Take advantage of our pleasant outdoor space for socializing: lawn, table for meals, deckchairs and barbecue are at your disposal. Horses are welcome (meadow and water point on site, extra charge). Experiences and activities: Your host, an enthusiastic wine merchant, offers a natural wine discovery workshop in the cellar or under the pergola, with the possibility of on-site catering, subject to availability (for a fee). Seminars and wine events can also be organized in a tasting room with a large workspace and a piano, accommodating up to 20 people. Nearby: Hiking trails and bike paths depart from the Holiday cottage - Fishing spots on the Ernée, accessible from the property via a private pontoon (fishing permit required) - Laval (10 km): château, Jardin de la Perrine, Square de Boston, walks and bike rides along the towpath. Getting around: Pick-up at train station on request - Bus stop 500 m away (Saint-Jean-sur-Mayenne) - Mayenne towpath 1 km away, equipped for cycle touring. Shops and services: in Louverné (5 km) and Changé (6.4km). 1 to 2-night weekend stays: arrival 4pm - departure 4pm. Over 3 nights: arrival 4pm - departure 10am.

SUPPLEMENT : Horses welcome : 8€/night (meadow available with water, presence of 2 mares at all times).
