Welcome to Domaine des Mazures, a haven of peace in the Countryside, ideal for holidays with family or friends. The estate comprises two adjoining Holiday cottages, each with its own entrance: a 5-bedroom Holiday cottage for 10 people and a 3-bedroom Holiday cottage for 7 people (+2 on request), with a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 with bath). On the property, to be shared with the 2nd Holiday cottage: - natural Swimming, from spring to autumn (bathing charter to be respected), - private Lake* of 1000m² -gardons, carpeaux (*without fishing card), for recreational fishing, - the alpaca field. Games for all: ping-pong table, trampoline, swing, two soccer goals. 100m from the Holiday cottage: a secure play area for Kids with zip-line, games and picnic table - the "voie verte" for safe cycling and walking. Visit the Château de Craon and its park (6km), a listed historic monument, open from April to the end of October - La Rincerie (7km): Base de loisirs with Swimming, Kids' play area, Fishing and water sports (kayaking, catamaran, windsurfing, pedal-boating...) - Le Musée Robert Tatin (19km), an astonishing and Unusual art museum - Le refuge de l'Arche (27km), a haven of peace home to almost 1,500 animals from local and exotic fauna - La Mine Bleue (18km), an Unusual adventure 126m underground. Shops: supermarket 3km away and other shops and services in Craon 4km away. 1 to 2-night weekend stay: arrival 6pm - departure 6pm. 3-night stay or more: arrival 6pm - departure 10am.

LEVEL 1: Bedroom (1) 9m², 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom (2) 1 bed 80*190 and 1 bed 160*200, Bedroom (3), 2 beds 140x190 on mezzanine - Shower room - Bathroom - Separate WC.
Holiday cottage 2 (Gîte des Alpagas), on 2 levels, 10 pers : LEVEL 0 : Entrance - Lounge, living room 39m² with 2 sofas, armchairs, television - Equipped kitchen 28m² with oven, 3-burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Senseo filter and pod coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer - Bedroom (1) 11m², bed 160*200 - Bathroom 6.5m² with shower and bath, towel dryer, hair dryer - Linen room 4.6m² with washing machine LEVEL 1: Bedroom (2) 11.6m², 1 bed 160*200 - Bedroom (3) 11m², 1 bed 140*190 - Bedroom (4) 11.2m², 2 beds 90*200 - Bedroom (5) 10.8m², 1 bed 140*190 - Shower room 6m² with shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer - Separate WC. INCLUDED: beds made up - household linen - electricity - heating OPTION: cleaning 200€ per stay (compulsory for professionals for 1 to 14 days) - bathroom linen 4€/unit - wood 60€/stove to be paid to the owner. ADDITIONAL: pet 15€ per pet/night. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on sofas. Please bring their own blankets. Parties not allowed.
