A friendly estate for 18 people in the Countryside, with gaming room: darts, table soccer, billiards and pétanque. 600 meters from the VéloFrancette (Ouistréam/la Rochelle). Two houses: a very large 15-person house and a smaller 3-person house a few meters away. Along the towpath, you can cycle to Château-Gontier (8.5km) or to the Neuville lock (0.9km), where you'll find a restaurant and a cutlery shop... and why not head upstream to Laval. Large terrace and garden. Spacious living rooms on the first floor, notably the 65m² living room with two large bay windows opening onto the terrace and gaming room. All rooms are bright and airy. A total of 5 bedrooms, including a 6-person dormitory (with Bunk beds) on the first floor with private bath/shower and toilet. The other rooms have double beds and Twin beds, for a total of 15 beds (12 large Holiday cottage + 3 small Holiday cottage). Local shops 4.7km away, and more in Château-Gontier, 8 km. Your outings - In Château-Gontier: stroll through the City and its gardens, museums, aquatic center with Wellbeing area, Marina with boat rentals, bicycles (electric and muscle bikes, trailers), kayak and paddle. Don't miss the Refuge de l'arche animal park, which takes in wild exotic animals that have been abandoned or injured. Discover the Petites cités de caractères de la Mayenne: Parné sur Roc, Saulges, Sainte Suzanne, Chailland... Mayenne also boasts museums with modern scenography: the Lactopôle - the world's largest dairy museum - 25km away, the Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé le Vivien, 17km away, the Prehistory Museum in Saulges, and the Archaeological Museum in Jublains. Almost every major period in history is illustrated in Mayenne. For sports enthusiasts, there's the accrobranche de l'Orbière, and 2 trail stations in the Pays de Laval and the Coëvrons, offering perfectly-marked trails for trail running, gravel or simply hiking, from 7 to 53 km (On Piste application).
