A friendly country estate for 18 people, with games room: darts, table soccer, billiards and pétanque. 600 meters from the VéloFrancette (Ouistréam/la Rochelle). Two houses: a very large 15-person house and a smaller 3-person house a few meters away. Along the towpath, you can cycle to Château-Gontier (8.5km) or to Neuville lock (0.9km): restaurant and cutlery maker... and why not head back up to Laval. Large terrace and garden. Spacious living rooms on the first floor, notably the 65m² living room with two large bay windows opening onto the terrace and games room. All rooms are bright and airy. A total of 5 bedrooms, including a 6-person bunk-bed dormitory on the first floor with private bath/shower and toilet. The other rooms have double and twin beds, for a total of 15 beds (12 large + 3 small). Local shops 4.7km away, and more in Château-Gontier, 8 km. Your outings - In Château-Gontier: walk through the town and its gardens, museums, aquatic center with wellness area, marina with boat hire, bikes (electric and muscle bikes, trailers), kayak and paddle. Don't miss the Refuge de l'arche animal park, which takes in wild exotic animals that have been abandoned or injured.
