Fully equipped kitchen, complete baby equipment and numerous indoor and outdoor games, a pétanque court under the oak and a Nordic bath on the terrace... all that's left to do is put your bag down! Saint Denis d'Anjou offers a full range of local shops and numerous heritage events. All services, restaurant and shops in Sablé sur Sarthe (9km). Base de loisirs at Morannes sur Sarthe (10km): kayak, paddle, orienteering, nature trails, rosalies and bicycles, etc. Don't miss La Flèche Zoo (40km), open all year round. An interesting location for discovering southern Mayenne, with the emblematic sites of Château-Gontier, Craon or Cossé le Vivien and its Robert Tatin Museum. Angers City is a 50-minute drive away. The Holiday cottage is close to the owners' farm and their animals: cows, horses and Valentin, the star donkey of the site. Tours of the farm are available on request. Fishing in the 3,000m² private pond, 200 meters from the Holiday cottage. No kill. Carp, roach, pike... Also the river bordering the property: with federal fishing card.

The Holiday cottage is on 2 floors with 2000m² of grounds, close to a working farm - LEVEL 0: living room 41m² with equipped kitchen area (fridge, freezer, oven, 3-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Italian-style coffee maker, kettle, toaster), dining room and living room, access to terrace - 4 steps : wc with washing machine, washbasin - bedroom (1) 22m² with 1 bed 160x200, storage space, desk, with shower room 5m² with Italian-style shower and washbasin, towel dryer.
LEVEL 1: 14m² corridor and Kids' gaming area - bedroom (2) 22m² with 1 bed 160x200 and storage - bedroom (3) 8m² with 2 beds 90x200 and storage - bedroom (4) 13m² with 3 beds 90x200, storage - shower room with Italian shower, washbasin, towel dryer and hairdryer - separate toilet. Raclette and pierrade machine.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, mattress, changing mat, potty, booster seat and high chair, step stool, bathtub.
