Fishing Chalet for 4-6 people, PMR, with private pontoon on the 7-hectare Lake reserved for the Fishing and Holiday Village, in a verdant setting. The Chalet comprises a living room and 2 bedrooms, with a terrace and a Fishing room. For Kids and young people, outdoor games with gantries, gaming room with table soccer and ping-pong table, TV and board games. Shops 400m away in the village center: butcher/checutery/grocery, bar/restaurant/snack bar. Access by footpath. Hiking trails - towpath along the Mayenne, the Vélo Francette, 3km away. Southern Mayenne to discover: in Château-Gontier, Marina with bike and Boat rental, paddle..., Refuge de l'Arche with over 1,000 animals, historic center and gardens. Robert Tatin Museum in Cossé, with its giant sculptures, or Laval.

Pets allowed
In the event of a drop in the water level, exceeding 1m80 at the gauge, you can cancel your stay without penalty or benefit from a 50% reduction on your stay. The service undertakes to inform you one week before your departure.
