You'll be seduced by its overhanging terrace, the sound of the stream and the surrounding hills. What a pleasure to relax in the heart of nature. The gîte offers a beautiful living room open onto the kitchen area with direct access to the large wooden terrace. The two bedrooms offer 1 double bed with desk in one and two single beds in the other. The bathroom features a shower with glass door. A large picnic table, two deckchairs and 1 barbecue are also available. For your outings, don't miss the remarkable garden at La Pellerine, 2km away, or the Jardin des Renaudies, 16km away. You're only 5km from the famous Ernée motorcycle club, which hosts major competitions. Visit Fougères and its medieval castle 18km away. Shopping: bakery in Larchamp (5km), all shops, market, doctors and services in Ernée (8.5km).

Your accommodation comprises, on the ground floor: a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (7.5m²) opening onto the living room (27m²) with lounge and dining area. 4 steps lead up to the 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140*190 and a desk, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90*190, separate shower room and toilet. From the living room, a miller's staircase leads to a mezzanine for a reading area, sofa-bed 140*190 (on request, possibility of 2 additional people).

Electric heating, payment on meter reading to be paid to owner (> 8kWh/day).
