In the heart of a farm and close to nature, you'll find the calm of the Mayenne countryside. A soothing stay awaits you in this gîte with a lovely view of the meadow and its animals. Enjoy a quiet lunch outside on the private terrace. Here, it's a direct vis-à-vis... with the cows, from the kitchen window or facing the large bay window in the living room. Upstairs you'll find the bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as two bedrooms with 5 twin beds (90x200) that can be moved closer together to create a king-size bed. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodation for 2. Bed linen is provided. Cleaning is optional at €75. Electricity is payable to the owner > 8kWh/day, meter reading on arrival and departure. This gîte is also equipped with TV, internet connection, barbecue and washing machine. Adjoining a second gîte with 6 beds (H53G019113), it's also ideal for a stay with friends.

Cossé-le-Vivien is at the gateway to Anjou and Ile et Vilaine, 11km from Craon and 23km from Château-Gontier. The town has all the shops you need.
The famous artist Robert Tatin chose Cossé-le-Vivien as his home at the end of his career, creating a vast park that has become a must-see museum with its monumental sculptures.
In southern Mayenne, you'll find leisure facilities such as the Odyssée de Craon (with public swimming pool, hammam, sauna, waterslide, swimming lessons for all ages, etc.), or the Base de loisirs de la Rincerie (with beach, swin-golf, water activities such as a wake park, etc.). Pets welcome.
