Charming Holiday cottage-apartment, with breathtaking views over the green hills of the Mayenne. On the 1st floor of the owners' house, this Holiday cottage offers a real sense of space and perspective. It features a bright 28 m² living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The vast property offers a wide variety of outdoor spaces on a plot of almost 2 hectares: a mineral terrace at the foot of the Holiday cottage, a shaded terrace under the trees, a huge vegetable garden, a farmyard, a meadow... Leisure facilities include ping-pong table, hammocks, Kids' swing and trampoline. From May 15 to September 30, you can enjoy an unheated above-ground swimming pool (4.2 m in diameter, 1.2 m high). The permaculture vegetable garden is a real curiosity. Passionate about gardening and beekeeping, Stéphane will be delighted to show you around the gardens and apiaries. As for the owner, Florence, she offers introductory courses in pottery, subject to availability. Nearby: Hiking trails directly from the Holiday cottage - Fougères and its château 30 km away - Les jardins des Renaudies in Colombiers-du-Plessis, 23 km - Laval 22 km away: jardin de la Perrine, château de Laval. Holiday cottage on 1st floor : LEVEL 1 - access by comfortable staircase - Living room 28m² with fitted kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Tassimo filter and pod coffee maker, toaster), dining area (2 steps) and relaxation area with TV - Bedroom (1) 11m², 1 bed 160x200 and dressing room, private bathroom 3m² (bath, hairdryer, towel dryer, washing machine) - Bedroom (2) 9m², 2 bunk beds 90x190 and 1 bed 80x190 convertible into 160x190 - Bedroom (3) 9m², 1 Cabin bed 90x190 and 1 bed 80x190 convertible into 160x190 - Shower room 3m², 1 step, (shower, hairdryer) and WC.

Jutta Florence und Stephane sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie können etwas deutsch und etwas englisch.
Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und kann bis zu 7 Leute beherbergen in 3 Schlafzimmern, 1 Küche, Essecke, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, sowie einem extra Bad mit Badewanne jedoch ohne Toilette. Die Wohnung lebt von Florences selbstgetöpferten Kacheln, Tassen, Schüsseln und andren wunderschön bunt gestalteten Dekoelementen. Die Wohnung ist selbst ausgebaut, aber sehr liebevoll und mit vielen tollen Details. Man darf den Garten -für Kinder ideal- benutzen mit großen unbeheizten Aufstellpool, Trampolin und Schaukeln und Grillmöglichkeit. Zudem kann man Hühner, Gänse, Esel, Schafe, Katzen beobachten. Stephane stellt selbst Marmeladen und Honig her aus seinem Garten.
Die Umgebung ist für Naturliebhaber und Radfahrer, aber auch für Leute die vom Alltag relaxen wollen perfekt. St.Malo ist in ca 1,5std entfernt und Mont st. Michel ca 45min und somit für Tagesausflüge durchaus machbar und wunderschön. Für Kinder gibt es v.a. im Juli/ August und am WE viel zu tun: Freizeitparks, Tiergärten, Museen in Laval und Umgebung. Einkaufen kann man in Ernee ca. 10 min weg.Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder einmal!

Elisa Superbe séjour au milieu des abeilles
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très confortable et cosy en pleine immersion dans la nature.
Nous avons pu profiter des beaux jardins et en prime la piscine ainsi que la découverte et visite des ruches avec Stéphane qui nous a fait partager sa passion des abeilles.
Les hôtes ont su se montrer discrets et disponibles quand nous en avions besoin. Excellent accueil avec en prime quelques petites attentions à l’arrivée.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli et nous ont fait découvrir leur petit paradis (potager, jardin, basse-cour...). C'est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et passer de bons moments en famille y compris avec des petits. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Marie-Armel Un séjour particulièrement agréable!
Le gîte est propre, bien aménagé et très confortable. Il y a des petites attentions pour l'arrivée (délicieuse confiture maison et belles courgettes du potager). Le jardin est grand et très beau. Nous retenons surtout la très grande gentillesse de Stéphane et de Florence qui ont pris le temps de nous emmener nourrir les animaux, de nous montrer leur miellerie (avec dégustation à la clef!), de nous expliquer les différentes étapes de la réalisation d'une poterie et même de nous organiser une visite d'une ferme pour voire la traite des vaches... un séjour de rêve pour nos enfants et de beaux moments en famille!!

Philippe Un superbe accueil et un très bon sejour
Stéphane et Florence nous ont réservé un excellent accueil. Le logement est très agréable, pratique et bien équipé. L'extérieur n'est pas en reste avec beaucoup d'équipements. Le clou du spectacle est le (les) jardin de Stéphane et Florence avec leurs animaux. Enfin le gîte est bien situé avec de nombreuses activités a moins de 30 min.
