Charming Holiday cottage-apartment, with breathtaking views over the green hills of the Mayenne. On the 1st floor of the owners' house, this Holiday cottage offers a real sense of space and perspective. It features a bright 28 m² living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The vast property offers a wide variety of outdoor spaces on a plot of almost 2 hectares: a mineral terrace at the foot of the Holiday cottage, a shaded terrace under the trees, a huge vegetable garden, a farmyard, a meadow... Leisure facilities include ping-pong table, hammocks, Kids' swing and trampoline. From May 15 to September 30, you can enjoy an unheated above-ground swimming pool (4.2 m in diameter, 1.2 m high). The permaculture vegetable garden is a real curiosity. Passionate about gardening and beekeeping, Stéphane will be delighted to show you around the gardens and apiaries. As for the owner, Florence, she offers introductory courses in pottery, subject to availability. Nearby: Hiking trails directly from the Holiday cottage - Fougères and its château 30 km away - Les jardins des Renaudies in Colombiers-du-Plessis, 23 km - Laval 22 km away: jardin de la Perrine, château de Laval. Holiday cottage on 1st floor : LEVEL 1 - access by comfortable staircase - Living room 28m² with fitted kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Tassimo filter and pod coffee maker, toaster), dining area (2 steps) and relaxation area with TV - Bedroom (1) 11m², 1 bed 160x200 and dressing room, private bathroom 3m² (bath, hairdryer, towel dryer, washing machine) - Bedroom (2) 9m², 2 bunk beds 90x190 and 1 bed 80x190 convertible into 160x190 - Bedroom (3) 9m², 1 Cabin bed 90x190 and 1 bed 80x190 convertible into 160x190 - Shower room 3m², 1 step, (shower, hairdryer) and WC.
Wifi and RJ45 plugs, bandwidth between 320 and 400 Mb/s.

Excellent séjour ce week-end ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Le logement était impeccable, confortable et très bien équipé. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise, comme à la maison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité, la passion du partage des hôtes, ainsi que le calme et la qualité des prestations proposées. Tout était réuni pour passer un très bon moment. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour !

Vincent Un véritable coup de coeur !
Un logement magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, au coeur d'un environnement paisible et verdoyant.
Florence et Stéphane, passionnés, sont d'une grande gentillesse, très disponibles et particulièrement arrangeants (merci encore pour l'arrivée à 12h).
Parfaitement équipé pour les enfants et bébés (jeux:petit train, playmobil..., lit parapluie, marche pied, table à langer...), tout est pensé pour un séjour serein.
Mention spéciale de notre fille: le lit superposé, validé.Une belle découverte avec l'extraction du miel, un moment authentique et enrichissant. Quel délice précieux.
Un weekend beaucoup trop court...
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour profiter des jardins, promenades et tester l'atelier poterie !Merci pour ce séjour.

Nous venons de passer une semaine absolument formidable dans ce gîte, et nous le recommandons sans hésiter.
C’est la quatrième fois en cinq ans que nous y séjournons avec nos trois enfants, preuve de la qualité constante de ce lieu. Le cadre est verdoyant, paisible et parfaitement entretenu, avec un jardin remarquable qui invite à la détente.
Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants et passionnés. Ils sont à l'écoute et leur amour pour la nature, l'art, les rencontres, rend le séjour unique. Leurs propositions, sans s'imposer, ont ravi la famille. Nos enfants ont particulièrement apprécié pouvoir nourrir les animaux et découvrir l’extraction du miel avec Stéphane, une expérience aussi ludique qu’enrichissante. L’atelier poterie animé par Florence, dans une ambiance propice à la détente, avec des conseils de qualité fut un moment de partage très agréable, que ce soir pour moi ou pour mon fils. Que de beaux moments partagés !
Le gîte est charmant, propre et parfaitement équipé, idéal pour se ressourcer. La région offre de nombreuses activités et sorties intéressantes.
Nous repartons, une fois encore, avec de très beaux souvenirs.
