Inside, the vast 50m² living room is convivial, with a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area and lounge. It gives direct access to your private outdoor space. The gîte offers 3 bedrooms, including one on the first floor with a 160x200cm bed. The two upstairs bedrooms each have 2 80x200cm beds, which can be assembled or disassembled as required. For a wine-tourism stay, tastings can be organized at Domaine Les Touches on request (arrange with the owner), and walks in the nearby vineyards are also possible. Doué la Fontaine and the Bioparc wildlife park are 10 minutes away. Montreuil-Bellay is 20 min away with its castle and the banks of the Thouet for canoeing, Saumur is 30 min away with Le Cadre Noir, the bubble cellars, 40 min from Fontevraud and the Royal Abbey, 45 min from Angers...
