A cosy, cocooning atmosphere in a charming traditional dwelling, nestled in a magnificent troglodyte environment, just 700 m from the Doué la Fontaine Zoo. Enjoy the comfort of this charming living space and the unique, atypical exterior, formed by a maze of underground caves dug into the falun. Each cellar is brimming with Unusual objects, like a cabinet of curiosities. Recognized as a Refuge L.P.O., here we protect nature, and relaxation is guaranteed. The owners and their little dog Marquis live nearby and will be delighted to give you a personal welcome and show you around the property. This newly refurbished Holiday cottage has a 20 m² living area with kitchen (fridge, 2 induction hobs, microwave and mini-oven), small flexible dining area and comfortable living room with sofa, TV, radio... The quality sofa-bed can accommodate two additional people, on request (extra charge of €10 per night). The first floor also houses the shower room, with shower, vanity unit and toilet. The Mezzanine bed features a comfortable 140 x 190cm bed, 2 club armchairs and a small reading area, as well as plenty of storage space and board games. 30 m² of private terrace, sheltered by a covered area, overlooks the falun rock caves - a unique sight! The rest of the outdoor space is shared with the owners, in a spirit of conviviality. For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, and bathroom linen is provided. Washing machine and dryer in the owners' outbuilding (shared use). Private parking on site. Powerful electric recharging stations 600 m from our home, and even recharging possible on site with a cable: financial contribution requested for a maximum search time of ten hours. defined by mutual agreement at the time of the desired recharging.
