Comfortable bed and breakfast between rivers and Countryside, 20 minutes from Angers. Welcome to Soulaire-et-Bourg, a charming, peaceful village 12 minutes north of Angers, in the heart of the Countryside, surrounded by the Mayenne and Sarthe rivers. An ideal setting for a couple's getaway, a nature break or a stopover for cycling enthusiasts. Your Bed and breakfast is located in an independent building, guaranteeing peace and privacy. First floor: pleasant 20 m² living room with sitting area and table with chairs. Suitable for Telework or relaxing after a visit. Fridge and kettle at your disposal. Upstairs, a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm), which can be converted into two 90x200cm beds on request. The room also features armchairs and storage space for your comfort. Sanitary facilities are located on the first floor: shower, vanity unit, towel dryer and toilet (please note: there is no toilet upstairs). Two extra beds are available on request, at an extra charge of €25/pers/night: one 80x200 cm bed and one 80x200 cm trundle bed. Breakfast is served in the living room of the owners' house, a convivial moment to get the day off to a good start. Outside, you'll find a small set of garden furniture in front of the house, as well as access to the rear garden. There's also a hen house where you can watch the chickens, a treat for the Kids. Nearby attractions There's plenty to explore and discover in the surrounding area. In the evening, let yourself be tempted by the friendly atmosphere of the riverside guinguettes, particularly in Cantenay-Épinard and Cheffes. Just 5 minutes away by car, discover the Château du Plessis-Bourré, a remarkable 15th-century fortress offering a wide range of activities. Terra Botanica, the famous plant park, is 10 minutes away. And in just 20 minutes, you'll be in the heart of City Angers, with its rich culture and heritage. Amenities include: private parking for one vehicle, folding baby bed, gated property, secure garage for bike storage. A public recharging point for electric vehicles is available 400 m away (no recharging point on site).
