This very spacious 110 m² rental will enable you to visit the City of Saumur thanks to its proximity to the city center, on the Ile d'Offard. Along the Quai du Marronnier, cyclists and pedestrians stroll to enjoy the magnificent view of the Loire, its bridges and the majestic Château de Saumur overlooking it. This traditional tufa house comprises an entrance hall opening onto a 56m² living room with a small reading room, a large sitting room with TV and views of the Loire and château, and a fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. From this living room, you have access to the outdoor area behind the house. This is a very pleasant place to relax, with views over the greenery and the park, and a few animals (dogs, cats, chickens... belonging to the owner who lives next door). Enjoy your own private outdoor space of over 300m² with garden furniture, plancha and terrace... green spaces, trees and flowers give you the impression of being in the Countryside! On the first floor, you arrive on a landing that leads to the bedroom, toilet and large closet/wardrobe. For your convenience, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and cleaning is included in the rental price. The Holiday cottage is a 15-minute walk from the train station and City center. The ideal location for your vacation rental in Saumur means you'll have plenty to do during your stay: Cadre Noir, caves, troglodytes, Theater, Loire castles, Fontevraud l'Abbaye, Museums... not forgetting the walks from your holiday cottage on the banks of the Loire.
