Located between Angers and Laval, this former 16th-century presbytery is set in a bucolic setting! Chenillé-Changé (part of the new commune of Chenillé-Champteussé) is a village with the "Villages de Charme" label, and is renowned for protecting its heritage and environment. With a view and direct access to the banks of the Mayenne, this gîte is ideal for a rejuvenating break. There's plenty to do nearby: La Flèche zoo is 50 minutes away, La Mine Bleue, a former mining site open to visitors, is 30 minutes away, La Petite Couère, an eco-museum, is 25 minutes away, and the Arche refuge, which specializes in wild animals, is 20 minutes away. There are many walks to discover the Anjou countryside, notably along the Mayenne towpath. Terra Botanica, Angers and its historic city center are just 40 minutes away. The gîte is on one level and comprises a living room with a small, fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, gas hob, gas oven, fridge, etc.), a sitting area with TV and a dining area. Two bedrooms are available, each with a 160cm X 200cm bed and a 90cm X 190cm bed. Bathroom with shower and separate WC. The enclosed garden with trees and views over the Mayenne river will delight young and old alike! Barbecue, garden furniture and parasols for long lunches in the sun. Public children's playground along the Mayenne river (slide and rocker). Electricity (over 8kwh per day) and heating (electric) are extra. Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, bathtub, potty. On the floor above is a second gîte that can communicate with this one. Rent both gîtes for a total of 12 people (reference H49G014932 - Presbytère 2). The telephone network is poorly served by SFR, Bouygues and Free. Catering available in the village.
